What are your Terms & Conditions?

All of the printable instant digital downloads are © Journals to Freedom, a property of Jenily LLC, all rights reserved. They are for personal use only. Re-distributing the PDFs/JPGs/SVG digital files in any way violates digital copyright laws. Thank you for respecting my copyright! Read my full policy here.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the printable instant digital downloads in my shop, all sales are final. Please be sure to read product listings so that you know what you are buying. I do not sell any physical items.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Please be aware of any codes and enter them before placing your order. The system only allows one coupon code per purchase.

What is your shipping policy?

My shipping policy is... no shipping! Since all of my products are instant digital downloads, nothing will be shipped to you. Your purchase will be delivered via email, after payment is verified, in .zip file and/or pdf format. If you haven't received your download link via email, please check your spam folder just to double-check it isn’t hiding in there before contacting me. This is the case 99% of the time. If you still can't locate it, please shoot me an email at jen@journalstofreedom.com with your order #, or send a message from the Contact Me page.

You may also access your purchase again by logging into your member area.

How many times can I download my order?

For your convenience, I use an automated system. Your personal download link that is delivered after purchase can be used up to 5 times. Once you have your printable downloaded, you may print as many times as you like for personal use only. 

Can I print as many copies as I like of your printables?

Yes, you can as long as they are for your own personal use only.

You may NOT re-distribute nor share the digital files in any way.

All of my products are covered by copyright law, and to share them either in the file or printed form would be a breach of copyright law.

How Do I Open Zipped Files?

After you have downloaded your files, if you are having trouble locating them, try using the search box in your computer’s file explorer. (A quick Google search can help if you need it.)

This is how to unzip the compressed zip file that you will receive after you have downloaded it (download link is available after purchase in your member area and is also sent to you via email):

• If you are on a Desktop or Laptop – find the zip file that you have downloaded (check under Computer > Downloads) right-click and select "Extract All." You will be asked where you want to save your file.  You can leave the default selection (usually it’s under My Documents) or you can pick (by selecting “Browse to”) where you want the files saved. Click Extract and watch your files unzip!  Be sure to remember where they are being saved so that you can find them again! Your files are now ready to be used. If you’re a Mac user check out this tutorial. If you’re a PC user, follow this tutorial.
• If you are on a mobile device – some mobile devices require a special app, like “File Explorer Free” to unzip the compressed file. Download the zip file, and using the file explorer app, you can extract the files and save onto your mobile device. Some mobile devices allow you to long-press the zipped file icon and then click "Extract." without downloading a special app first.

I downloaded the file but I can't find it on my computer!

It's probably just hiding in the Downloads folder on your computer! You can try using the search function on your computer to search for the title of the file on your computer. Search is your best friend!

Is there anything you don’t make?

As long as it is a printable instant digital download, I'll consider it! I have a lot of yets on my list. Customer feedback is a huge part of my decision-making process for which printables I create. How do I purchase your printables for someone as a gift?

The simplest way is going to be to purchase a gift card! Or you could place an order using their email address. Sharing my printable files with someone other than the original purchaser is against my Terms & Conditions. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you recommend a way of storing/using these? Like hole punching them?

Yes! My absolute favorite way to store and use my printables is to create a binder with them. Check out this post where I walk you through how!

If I order, is the file automatically available?

For sure! That is one of the biggest perks of printables! As soon as your payment method clears, your awesome new printables are ready to download! Check out this post where I talk about what happens after you purchase from me a little more in-depth.

What should I do if I do not see my question and answer in the FAQs?

Leave a comment below or shoot me a message! I love talking with my readers and customers, and answering any questions they may have. I do my absolute best to respond to any messages Mon - Fri within 24 hours.

Which of your printables is your favorite?

Although I love all of my creations, I think my favorite will always be my Postpartum Wellness Binder because it means so much to me and many of my mom friends ❤️

Do you recommend a printer?

Yes! I currently use and love this HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Wireless Printer. I love how great my printables look + with the HP Ink Program I never have to worry about running out of color ink!

What are your operating hours?

You can shop at Journals to Freedom Printables 24/7!  Since I am a one-woman shop, I strive to return any emails within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Keep in mind I am in Eastern Time Zone for response times.
